1. Shipping

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order — we’re not responsible for incorrect addresses or missed deliveries. Delivery times vary by location and may be impacted by external delays.

 

UK Shipping

We offer free express delivery on all UK orders.

  • Shipped via Evri or DPD

  • Delivered in 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Fully tracked — you'll receive your tracking link as soon as it ships

 

Europe

All European orders are shipped via Royal Mail Drop & Go (Tracked)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Some destinations may take up to 10 business days depending on local delivery networks or customs

 

Rest of World (including US, Australia, etc.)

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Drop & Go (Tracked)

  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 14 business days due to customs or local delays

2. Customs Charges

 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes based on your country's regulations. These charges are not covered by Hot Honey and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Orders & Payment

 

All prices are listed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Returns

 

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • You can request a return in your customer account at https://account.hothoneyofficial.com. If any issues please email us at info@hothoneyofficial.com.

  • Once your return is approved you have 7 days to ship back. 

 

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

 

We offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability. Please contact us at info@hothoneyofficial.com within the 14-day return window and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Product Details

 

All garments are made in limited quantities and crafted from 100% organic cotton. Colour and print placement may vary slightly. Sizing is approximate — please refer to the size guide before ordering.

7. Privacy

Hot Honey respects your privacy. We only collect the personal information necessary to process and deliver your order — such as your name, email, shipping address, and payment details.

Your data is stored securely and will not be sold, shared, or used for any reason other than to: 

  • Fulfil and deliver your order

  • Provide customer support

  • Email you with updates (if you opt in to marketing)

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.
